First off, there isn't supposed to be valve seals. They never came factory and you shouldn't need them now. Did you put in new valves and guides? The only thing I can think of is that either the valves or guides are so worn that they are just letting tons of oil through. I rebuilt my H myself and it will give a small puff of smoke on a warm startup, but nothing more. I put in all new valves and guides, no valve seals.
