we have one (it might be an f14?)parked behind the farm house that's been there for 30 some years... it has the hydraulic cultivator lift. the pump runs off the left side of the trans, probably the same shaft as the belt pulley on the right. it's a very large, bulky, and awkward device, hindering mounting the tractor, and the number of places to put your feet. the steering support and shaft are modified to increase the clearance for the device. i believe it's a simple up down single acting system, just like the 3 pt on any other tractor, which allows it to float by inherrent design. unfortunately the tractor has sat unused for longer than i have been around, so i dont know any more about it. the casting stampings do have the IHC logos, so it is at least an option from IH itself. -karl
