Need alittle basic technical information on Farmall 300 or 350 fast hitch

I'm looking for some information on the Farmall 300 or 350 fast hitch and its function capabilities.
I was wondering, Can the fast hitch generate enough down force to lift the back end of a heavily weighted 300 or 350 farmall row crop tractor off the ground.
Also I was wondering approximately how many inches of total up-down lift range would there be with a scaper blade mounted on back. Or the approximate inches of total up-down lift range if measured about 2 feet back (where scraper blade would be) from the very end of the fast hitch.
The reason I ask, Is that when I put a fast hitch on my farmall 300, I have a scraper blade that I would want to use for snow plowing and I need about 4 inches of down force below ground level (for generating digging force) while still having enough lift range to lift my blade 12 inches or more for it's maximum raised up clearance.
