the feller wanting to put a 300-6 in 560 everyone else

Ok I was browsing and seen you thought about putting the 300-6 EFI. Why not go with the carburated and get the 4-barrel intake they have for them? It would be cheaper and eaiser the installing the computer in the tractor and trying to wire it up. On to Steven@nd, I like the idea of a powerstroke but then again we hit the computer problem, so heres my solution go with the good ol' 7.3 IDI turbo. The have the mechanical injector pump to play with man! I have the 7.3 IDI w/ fact. turbo and the hp is turned up 65-75 hp over factory. Imagine how 270 hp would make the ol' 560 run down the track! And you could almost call it stock since the engine is an IH:-), until they pull out the Neb. Tractor test book and see it didnt come stock with a 444ci. V-8 diesel engine:( but we can dream right?. We could become the next Kinze tractor modifiers if we keep it up!!! Oh and for the chevy fans we could put in the 6.6 or the new duramax....hmmm whatd ya think?
