B250 and Clutch ch- ch- ch -chatter- er- er

This B250 that I bought last month has turned out to be a gem. It took some time to get all the 8 year old fuel out of it. With new fuel, diesel conditioner and cleaner, dextron transmission fluid in the fuel it has run better and better each day. I did the filters the first day I got it home . This week I used it to load manure for two days and I noticed the clutch was not fully engaging so I adjusted the pedal on the clutch shaft to get full throw and now I have clutch chatter. According to the manual there is a set screw somewhere on the torque tube that will adjust the distance the throw out bearing is fron the face of the clutch plate..I believe that B275's are similair.. the manual calls for 1\10th of an inch. If the bearing is rubbing on the face why exactly does it chatter, wouldn't it run smoothly against the face of the clutch plate. Also should that area of the spline \throw out bearing be greased? The B250 has a large inspection plate on the belly which will access the area in question. I just haven't had time to look but will on Saturday. I have adjusted H clutches and the clutch on the M but haven't seen whats in this B250. Will there be fingers that are causing the chatter and need adjusting??Any help from you small I-H diesel guys( I mean smaller tractors)will be appreciated...Mike in Exeter Ontario
