The valves on the 460 can be set for 2 or 1 way operation by turning the shaft that comes out the end of the valve there is a roll pin through the shaft and a stop clip over the roll pin turn one way for 2 way operation the other for 1 way operation. in pin is broken or if the shaft is just not in right posision this can cause what is known as high pressure because unload valve is not unloading the system. or if you have fast hitch and that linkage is not working right it will cause high pressure, or sime times the unload valve it self needs cleaning or o ring. the unload valve is in the same block as the pressure relief valve, should be a valve body with 4 3/8 hex head cap screws holding a plate on
take them loose in behind the plate is a heavy spring so be careful when taking out scews take 2 out get 2 longer ones to replace them so plate does not fly off the unload valve is in there to.
