A few pics of the latest project H...

I now have 2 Farmall H's, both 1942 models. Serial numbers 101816 and 101821. See my webpage for more info if you like. Anyways, here are a few pics of what I did this weekend. Don't worry, I do have pics of before I took anything apart, just not on the digital camera. I think I'm going to be able to put together the narrow front tractor without borrowing more than a couple parts from the other one. :o) And of course I only have $550 into the 2 tractors and an IH 1110 pitmanless mid mount sickle mower.

Here's what happens when pistons don't want to come out!
Another example of what happens when you pound the piston alot! It broke the top ring off of the sleeve and it started to come out the bottom of the block!
Here is what some pretty bad sludge looks like in the lifter galley.

And here is my workbench after a long day in the shop with my Dad!! Took me 2 hours to get everything cleaned up and put away!
