It is possible that all you need to do is re-set the finger heights. Younger operators sometimes un-knowingly ride the clutch pedal a bit and may have caused some excess throw out bearing wear too. Check the bearing face to finger distance - you should have about 1/8" clearance between them when the clutch is released. Set that distance and then adjust the pedal for 1" free play and you should be OK.
