i have ordered coppies from ebay (pilot440 or simlir) the coppies did not have the same bindings.......but were very readable and served the purpose. They just use full sheets of paper and staple the part where it folds. Not perfect but like i said,,,,, very readble and pictures are sharp and clear. i got them from a guy named pilot or penkure440. I have bought M&W fricton throttles from him befor also, like 3 of them.
