Ya talken about the T/A clutch drain hole on the bottom ?? will if it is drippen oil out of it the carrier seal is out . This is a problem that ya see alot when someone did not know just how to install a T/A properly , two things happen here (1) the seal was installed backwards ( 2) the seal was ROLLED when the carrier was installed as this seal has the lip facing inward to be installed correctly and must jump over the square carrier lip . There WAS a special seal tool that is suppose to be used when installing the carrier but if one is realy super careful and has a dental pick along with some super slipery grease ya can ease it is or one can use some .003 shim stock and make a tappered cone deal to aid in the instulation. Anyway ya look at it it will require a double split and tear down to fix i would rate this at a two twelve pac job.
