Georgeky is correct about removing the top cover, you can see everything, and for me, it goes much faster. HOWEVER, there are a couple of potential problems with the utility version. If you have fast hitch, and your tractor is original, there are steel lines running under the seat to the cylinder, the front of which fit underneath the control valve under the dash. You may be able to remove the underneath bolts with some difficulty, and disconnect the rear end of the lines from the battery box. The underneath fitting seals with o-rings, be sure to replace them. If you can't do the front part, you either need to raise the whole control unit or remove it. The other potential problem, which can be much worse is that unlike the row crop 460, the top cover is thick, meaning there is probably rust the full length of those bolts. I broke about three of mine, and managed to partially drill a couple of them out, but destroyed the hole for the other one. It should be tapped to the next larger size and replaced, I doubt if I do that since it does not leak. My bolts broke within the top cover before they got to the threads. The top cover would not come off, due to the broken bolts that I was afraid to completely drill out. The drill must be centered, hard to do when they are below the surface. I used penetrating oil and left the rear of the tractor hanging by the unbolted top cover for about a week, and was finally able to get it off, then I removed the broken bolts. Yours may come off easily, may not, you might want to consider the PTO hole -- I have never done one that way.
