We had a "plow day" last Saturday and a guy drove over with a Super A but didn't own a plow; he just wanted to watch the other tractors. Another fellow had a Johnny Cash AC WC and pulled a 1-16" Little Genius. They hooked the SA to the 1-16 and the SA did real well with it. It helped that the soil was rather sandy. One guy had an AC D14 with a 3 bottom...too much as it spun out very often. I pulled my 2-16" with my H(2&3rd gear), a 300 pulled a 3 bottom JD trail type. We had 4 AC, 2 Farmalls and one JD 630 there....just the right ratio of JD! Hopefully we will have more old iron next year. At one point I counted 14 cars stopped along the road...a lot of young parents with small kids. Three little boys took off their shoes and ran around in the plowed dirt and had great fun; nice sight to see.
