well like Owlen said here . But before i started twisten wrenches i would have to put the gauges to her and do a flow rate of the pump. Now i understand that you do not have the equipment to do this as vary few do other then the dealer . THer also could be leakage in the MCV . Now if infact that it is in the T/A then the only cure is to split the tractor Twice and install a new / rebuilt T/A assy. . Along with that myself since i am into it this far a new clutch assy. would go in and a new MCV pump and a new spring kit in the MCV. Now this job Can be done if ya have the stuff to work with and know how to go about installing a T/A . If you do not feel comforable with doing it then best leave it to the pros.
