F-12 starting rant

Well a few weeks ago my F-12 was starting fairly easy by the hand crank. Than two weeks ago it would pop and stutter but wouldnt keep going worth squat. Than we tred to pull start it and eventually it got to the point where the engine would keep running as long the tractor was still being towed, as soon as i pushed in the clutch the engine would quit due to lack of gas getting into the carb.

So the next step was to take the carb off and go through it with my instructor. Needless to say all the little screws and everything came out so we could check the passages, and almost all of them were plugged up. We got that all back to gether and put it back on. Well now it still wont start. At the end of last week it would pop and stutter when we cranked but wouldn't keep going. Today it wouldnt even pop, when we were cranking it or pulling it around.

Tomorrow is the last chance before i tear about the carb again. We are going to try start using a flat belt driven by another tractor in the shop. This thing has me and my instructor both up the wall. Neither of us can figure it out. It has spark, air and gas. Also it has been timed, re-timed and re-re-timed. And it is a nice hot spark that is white and blue in color.

Anyone got any suggestions.
