Hi Tom you really should have a special puller tp pull that plate you can break it alfull easy with a reg puller if you can find one that will fit. Plus no those pegs that the pawls ride on are welded and pressed in and will usally break the hub before they come out. If they are worn bad you will need to find a donor hub thats good. Also make sure if you do get it apart you look at the springs for the pawls they go one way and I have had more people put them in wrong than you can imagine. Now the peg that the trip pawls hit on can be punched out turned and reinstalled just be carful beating on things.
If you plan on replacing the bearings they are not cheap and the seats will need a special puller also. The front one has no way to get at it so you will have to really know what you are doing to get it out. Do not over grease the ball bearings or it can lead to problems also.
