I have a 350 that has spin out wheels on it. I have never moved them. When I need to adjust wheel spacing I slide them on axle like any other farmall. The reason I dont mess with them is I have followed a many tractor with spin outs down the road and once they have been moved it seem they run with a wobble to them. I guess that it is difficult to get them straight again. Of course thay will not fit 450 as axle size is different. The answer to your question is yes they were available for the 450.
