I am not interested in a loan those have to be paid back. I want a grant.You also forgot to mention motels nearly all of the motels I have stayed in for the last 10 or 12 years have been owned and operated by people who could barely speak any English at all. And for the Mexicans I to do not understand why we should pay two teachers per class. The last I checked this was supposed to be an ENGLISH speaking country. I fully expect if I were to move to Saudia Arabia I would have to learn Arabic to make it. So why should we (The TAX PAYERS of this country)be expected to cater to every TOM,DICK and Harry to come along. What would be wrong with them learning to be AMERICAN and to speak English. They claim to be in search of the American dream so why not go all the way.
