Just put in a pair of bushing in an 806 last week. They were tight but seeing as my adjustable reamers were at home, not with me, we tapped pin in a ways, kind of knocked it side ways from all angles, "called swaging the bushing -hmmmm" and got pin to go in okay. Not necessarily the correct way of doing things but that is what you get with cheap labor. I would think that if you had the correct size and style reamer,( not a tapered one) it would have worked out for you. As the bushings are a few inches apart you should have a piloted reamer to keep them aligned properly but not entirely necessary.
