The climate in South Texas,(I lived @30 years in the Rio Grande Valley) is extremely hard on anything and everything. If the radiator has never had anti-freeze, the high salt content of the local water will have destroyed the radiators, and the insides of the block and head. Then you have to consider the quality of the hired help that drove them when they were running. Before investing any money drive around and look at some later model tractors and see how mis-treated they are for their age. Remember, farming in South Texas is pretty much a year round operation. Lots of hours, very little maintainance. You could easily wind up with both M's and not have enough good parts to make one. Just my Dos Centavos worth.
