Marv, You probably don't have a thermostat installed but even without one I would think your gauge should read into the RUN. You could have a new gauge that was defective from the mfgr. Does it deflect at all within the cold region? I'd check to see if there is a thermostat, if not install one (I don't have the number handy) and also try another gauge. The dealer should exchange it FOC. Some H's and M's run cold but not that cold. BTW, you probably paid about $250-300 for that H when you consider they get top $ for the original WFE used. A great deal I'd say.//FB
