Probably not the culprit, but I had a similar problem with my C, and discovered a broken screw on the throttle blade which let the blade misalign and hang slightly. Drilled out screw, and replaced using Loctite threadlocker. I was lucky the blade never came completely loose on me and into the intake, etc.
