Got my 48 Farmall C running yesterday. Took it out for a test drive, when I returned I noticed gear oil leaking from the clutch rod adjustment hole on the bottom of the torque tube. I got out the owners, parts, and service manuals and went through them to see if a seal is located in this area. I did not find one in the books. (MAY HAVE BEEN THERE, IF SO I MUST HAVE OVERLOOKED IT). Figured that since this tractor has sit in a shed for almost 25 years that a seal had dried up and needs to be replaced. Going to split her next weekend, just don't know what to expect in this area, other than oil, shafts, etc. Hope that it is something as simple as replacing a seal. Any thoughts, comments would be a great help. Thank You Little Bubba
