Is $90 to much to pay

I have been looking for a set of front wheel weights or frame weights for my super C. The reason I want some is my tractor acted so squirley in the snow this winter and steered like a pig on ice. I thought some front weight might help.I have found some and the old boy want's $90 for the wheel weights and $200 for frame weights. The frame weights are to much for my blood but wondered what you all thought about the price on the wheel weights. They seem hard to find here in southwest MO. Thanks in advance for your advice.
