IH 454 and 574 parts??

hi, are IH 454 and 574 parts interchangable, like exchanging engine blocks and the rear parts??? the IH 454 that we bought has the ID tag on it and it says 574 on it not 454 it doesn't look like the same tractor that we looked at! thanks!
