Hi FB, You can see how the sealer didn't work so maybe it's time to fix it right. If the carck is easy to get to from the outside then you won't have to disassemble any thing depending on where the crack is located. First try and determine how long the crack is. If a fairly short crack, 2" or less, then I would braze it. Clean the surface 1" on either side, then drill at either end of the crack no more than 1/2 the base metal thickness, v-notch the crack 3/4 of the base metal thickess, then braze. Besure and vent the case while welding. T_Bone
