a weeping area in the lower portion of the rear end on a '44 H. Drained all the water and little lubeoil out of this tractor a couple days ago. Removed the PTO unit to get into the rearend to clean out all the gunk and noticed that the housing has been repaired before. They used some sort of hard substance like thin layers of body putty on both in/outside of the rearend cast housing under the right side bull gear. Now, after cleaning everything up and refilling with new gear lube, I notice a small weeping area about three inches up the front from bottom of the casting. Get a drip that oozes out about every 2 minutes. Any remedies out there? Thanks. FB
