1.Does the tractor have the second pump mounted on the rear of the engine on the left side?
2. The loader valve... does it have a supply line, a return line AND a pilot line? Where does the return line go? Is the pilot line teed into the pilot line from the remote with a large rectangular fitting about 1"x2"x1"?
3. Does the remote have full pressure and seems slow or does it do nothing?
I suspect that IF you have the dual pump system and the remote/loader has pressure but operates slowly... I would say that the relief in the main pump has some dirt on the seat or the valve is bad. You can look at the main pump and you will see a hex head about 1-1/8" in the pump body. Turn that out with the engine turned off and blow it out, check it. It's a sealed valve but you may be able to clean it. If you had a known good valve to stick in for a check it would be good...
Otherwise I suspect you're getting into the prioroty pack under the cab for a cleaning.
