Hello my name is Rob and this is my first post. My tractor’s rear pto leaver will not disengage but my two stage clutch will. I"m thinking the pin is sheered on the leaver shaft part 2 or part 4 is broken.(ref pix) The lever's position is too far forward and stops at the 11 o'clock position on the swing back to disengage. My question is should this job be left to the professionals or can someone with basic skills take that plate off the top to get area of repair? Any comment will be appreciated.
