In a previous post I said that I had owned many tractors over the last 43 years. Here are a couple. I still have the 53 Ferguson TO30, but it bugs me that it isn’t the one that dad and mom bought new. I still have the extra key (still in the dealers little envelope), and the bill of sale, and a couple wrenches that came with it. I bought the 53 in 83 and am the 2nd owner. It is a good tight little tractor. The 1130 is a 72 model I bought in 78. Sold it in 83 when farm prices were so low. I got disgusted and quit farming for a couple years. I'm glad that I didn't have cut the timber off the land, and chop and burn out the stumps before could farm with oxen!
