I think they would have stopped clearing the sidewalk if they had a previous warning. The guy on the quad was a 62 year old chiropractor. It appears very clear that the cops had no concept of what common sense means. It is as bad as a guy who wrote to the paper(in the same city yet)complaining because Habitat for Humanity is building a house in his area. There was such an outpouring it made the TV news. He pretty much said on TV that people who live in Habitat for Humanity homes are lower class people and are up to no good. Dave
