prices are up on proxibid. about what you would expect considering what was offered. the good stuff went pretty average from what I saw/knew, there wasn't a huge amount to drive the big money. a number of the rest went to the scrappers they said, most of the tractors were in really tough shape, and many had parts stripped off or were pretty well gone. even a lot of the better tractors had suffered from having a shed fall on them. all total there were about 700 tractors on site, but they sold about 300 of them as salvage where they sat.
We didn't go to the sale itself, but bid online, when we got up there late saturday and it was chaos an hour and a half after offical close, and it rained saturday night which meant sunday morning was a mess with no one able to get trailers on site. didn't get to see a lot of the better stuff that left right away. What was left was heartbreaking.
