After reading Larry's post about his friend and seeing the pictures of their beautiful milk goats, I thought I would share a few pictures of our newborns. Got home Friday afternoon to discover on kid already on the ground and a second in the process of arrival. Then about 30 minutes later a 3rd was born much to our surprise. 2 males, 1 female. These are Boers by they way, a meat goat. These pictures were taken yesterday afternoon when the kids were almost 24 hours old. The black and white was born first, named him Oreo. The all black with the small white slash was born second and his name is Little Billy after his daddy who is all black. The white girl was born last and was named Snowflake by our 2 year old grandaughter. Miss Prissy (Mom) was up letting them eat as you can see, and about 10 minutes later it was nap time.
