Be sure you have pictures of the area. Vegetation can grow and be cut at any time but if you can prove the vegetation is maintained properly, it may go a long way. If the area is maintained at the time you were served, the judge has no reason to think it wasn't maintained then. Also statements fom locals that travel there frequently stating it is maintained properly at all times will help. A great attorney is a must. Remember, when choosing an attorney it isn't how much they cost or how long they've been practicing. The key is how well they are connected. If your attorney golfs with the judge on the weekends, you're alot better off than if he has never met him.
