This tree hugger shoots an average 5 deer a year. 40-50 ducks, many geese, hundreds of prairie dogs, perhaps 4000 pheasants in my life. Have hunted on four continents and many countries. My little farm is 80% managed for wildlife. I've mentored a dozen kids out here on their first deer hunt. I'm a member of the NRA ATA NSSA. I was #2 All-Navy trap champion and went to two Olympic trials. Now at 70 years old I only travel to Argentina to shoot birds, and CAnada and FLorida to fish. The large corporate farms are slowly taking over up here and they farm like the photots. And there is NO wildlife left there.The remaining family farms who are stewards of the land and wildlife still have a lot.
