One thing to remember about a nursing home. They are in it for money which is fine that is the purpose of all of us. Had a big Pow Wow with staff last week. Got a new Director of Nursing Seemed she felt so was in complete charge of my wife. I asked her if she knew what was wrong with her. She studdered around and said "mom had a shunt in her brain and there orders said they were not touch it. "Yes that is correct but do you know why she has a shunt?" Dead silence. So she got enlightened. The Nerosurgeon has instucted my son and I to monitor it. We know when it needs attention by her actions. More to story than this, gitrib
