Yes...............but As to how long it would last and how power it would make. How much it would cost and there are few wee turbo's that size. There is also the question of how long the engine would last. Boost psi, compression ratio, air temp, fuel octane, air/fuel mixture, intercooling. They will all make or break the system. b.t.w. how are you planning to keep the final drives together? The M rods are fine for an M's compression and rpms. The first batch of 40 engines were an M engine with more rpms and compression. The M rods failed and were updated with heavier units. It would be cheaper, make more power and run all day problem free. To find a late 440I tractor with the factory souped engine.Then strip the excess weight off the tractor.
