Moving large equipment

A question for those of you who may have needed to move equipment to large or heavy for a trailer towed behind your pickup truck. I was able to haul my 580 Case and Cub home on a rented trailer, but I'm looking at a new toy to heavy to haul myself. How do you go about making arraingments to have something hauled on a semi with a lowboy. Don't know where to even begin.
