Tom. There is a "needle" valve under the clutch pully. Take a 3/4" wrench and open it. CCW. If oil comes out you are OK. If not, pore some oil in the top. Should be about an 1 1/2" pipe nipple on top with either a cap or a pipe sticking up with a bonnet on top. Two spring loaded hooks holding it on. Pore the oil in there kinda slow. May take a cup, may take a gallon or more. When it runs out the bottom tighten the 3/4" valve back down. Don't need to put a cheater on it. Just snug. Hope this helps. Later. Norman
