Looked up what it cost me to service my F550 7.3 diesel last time and I'm sure it hasn't gotten cheaper.Oil was about $50 GOOD filter almost $20,Air filter over $30.So there is $100 fuel filters are at least $20 as well as I remember so there is $120.Changing all the filters, oil, complete grease job and check fluid levels in Radiator,Power steering, brake master cylinder, clutch master cylinder, manual tranny and rear for $100 labor doesn't sound like its out of line to me.I wouldn't do it on a regualr basis for that. Personally if I ran a shop I wouldn't let customers bring in their own parts. You can't bring refreshments to sports stadiums and McDonald's won't let you bring in hamburger and onions for them to fix on your burger and adjust the price accordingly.
