You probably need your pictures copied over to MY Documents and use one of the free photo services such as Photobucket.com or tinypic.com I like tinypic.com as its free and requires less typing. When using tinypic.com you will see the word "Browse" and you need to click on it and it will take you to My Documents automatically then select your picture you're posting then click on "Save" and then on Upload Image. In about 30 seconds you will get an image url similar to this: http://i34.tinypic.com/sad456h.jpg
You place that image url in the space below your message known as the "Optional Image URL" and don't use any other symbols such as these [ ] or any other punctutation.
To post 2 or pictures you will an image url for each picture and you still can use the Optional Image URL for posting 2 or more pics. Here's an example: Note: You use just a comma, to separate them.
