NoMad: Your "utilitarian" question is what is IRRELEVANT on this "Yesterday-tractor talk" forum. You should consider money management website for your stuff. You would be a lot happier leaving and going over there..We don't use logic or money considerations much over here. Most are just enjoying old tractors over here. .ralph
