No inspections except when your done to raise your taxes. Some of the town have and a couple of the townships in our county have zoning restrictions. They put up zoning to the vote several times but it gets turned flat. The county put in a planning commision without a vote to cause every one to get a permit and tell what it is going to cost and how big. They fine you if you don't get a permit but I think if it was challanged that would be out without getting passed thru a vote.
I have over 15,000 sq ft of pole barn as factory and the sackcret was dumped down the hole dry. Most of that has been in the ground 30 years. The last 100 X 100 warehouse was steel span instead of poles. If you auger out a hole here and leave it open over night it will have water in the bottom. Probly different water tables here which changes the customs. The only building inspection I have ever had out here was by the insurance companies after they were done and they do that every year.
