It did not come new with one. Some folks have added them over the years -- it's an easy bolt on affair with some other mods to accommodate the belt and the generator brace. If it doesn't have one, all you should see is the lower hose from the radiator running to a double elbow casting on the front of the crankcase. If it has a pump on it, that hose will connect to a larger belt-driven affair.
In all likelihood, even if there was a pump added, it will not have a pressurized system. If memory serves, the radiators on the pressurized 113/123 were on the SuperA1s and the SuperCs, which had taller radiators that would not fit under the grille of a SuperA. For a quick check, the filler neck of the radiator on a non-pressurized system will have the lugs to latch the cap down on the inside of the neck, just like on your fuel tank. If pressurized, the filler neck will be flared outward and the notches to latch the cap down will be on the outside.
