who pays cannonball??we pay,we always pay,the govt.doesn't have any money of it's own,just what it gets from us.if there is a surplus,it's because the people were overtaxed.if you bought a burger that cost 1$ and were charged 2$ and asked for your change,and they told you this overpayment was surplus and you didn't have any right to it would that mean it isn't your money?of course not.kinda leaves you feeling screwed.and he's not my boy,i voted against gore,and he was the best chance to keep him out.the votes were counted 5 times,gore lost all 5.if gore had won his own state,florida wouldn't have mattered.he lost tenn.because he said he didn't have much use for farmers in a speech at a teachers union fund raiser.cut his own throat he did.if gore isn't your guy,then i apoligize...wrenchman...ps. what happens in a short time??we get screwed,as always.
