I noticed that too a while back.Get a DVD recorder or VCR or something and late at night is the only time good shows like Gunsmoke or war movies and stuff like that are on.Set them to record and watch them the next day. Also sometimes there is good stuff on the History channel,National Geographic,Science,Military channel and those thats really worth watching. Most of the stuff now thats any good on in the daytime is cartoons.Like South Park or King of the Hill.Even the news sucks now.Its like all these corporate people are so afraid of offending anybody that they just dont have much news except Massa 24/7 or some crap thats so disgusting you cant even watch it.Probably have a bunch of rich people who are too stupid to know what life is about running all of this and thats why its messed up.Seems to get worse all the time too.
