It's usually the law breakers that complain the most about slow drivers when if they check the speed limit they are at least 10 miles per hour above it and then think that the law doesn't apply to themselves. I don't purposely break the law but try to stay in the right lane to keep out of the way of people who do speed. I think the general highway speed has risen over the past 25 years because laws are not enforced.
