Seems to me that your tractor should have a half moon shaped, black plastic type rocker on a valve by your right ankle. The plastic may be broken off and all you have left is the splined shaft sticking out... At any rate, it's the flow control. I forget if it's got to be turned ahead or back, but it should say fast and slow on the plastic part. Beyond that, if you want faster, you can add the dual pump option from the 3610 or simply add a stinger shaft and pump to the front. I'd not want a pump of less that 15 gpm on a loader and 20 is better... You can always throttle back if it's too fast.
