I said before that after fighting with tire chains, I was thinking about a seperate set of wheels/tires to just swap out. You folks talked me out of it and I was happy with what I have (cause I figured out how to get that second chain on....).
Anyway, FF to a couple days ago on a local forum, a guy is parting out a tractor like mine that he just put 2 new tires/tubes on. Brand new tires an inch wider than what I have, mounted on wheels w/ new tubes for less than 2 tires would cost me. Bad timing, but one of things where you can't afford it right now, but can't afford to pass it up... Just have to talk him into getting them ready and meeting a shipper.
