Hey John, I have seven tractors(show tractors) that I have painted with dupont centari with hardner. It is very good paint. BUT, If you are going to use your tractor you would be better off in my opinion going with John Deere's factory paint. And using an automotive paint hardner. I have a B John Deere and a W4 IHC that i have painted with factory paint and hardner. Both of these tractors get plenty of use. And both of the paint jobs have held up beautifly, and you will save money over dupont automotive paint. But by all means, preparation for paint job is everything. If you decide to go with a automotive paint, and screw up, and it happens, it cost you alot of money. That's why body shops figure everything to be painted twice in their bids. Which ever way you decide to go, hope you have great success! See Ya, Joe
