Erol sounds like a capitalist in the truest sense of the word. If he can not make a profit from it then he won't need it. If he can not make a profit from you then he doesn't need you either. Erol needs to learn about recreaction. There are many kinds of it. A hobby is never meant to generate an income. It is a place to spend disposable income in a constructive, useful manner. We are going to spend money on SOMETHING, better old tractors than drugs, booze, or other wastes of time and money. A friend of mine complained about his boys working on his farm and then using the money they made to buy guns. I explained to him that kids these days are going to spend their money on something that gives them pleasure. Would he rather they bring home a bottle of wine or a Winchester? Cocaine or a Colt? Meth or a Magnum? Shot glass or a shotgun? Same holds true for old tractors.. I personaly would rather spend my money on something I can at least look at AFTER I am finished with it rather than just have a memory of where the money went.
